Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 9–Amendment in pleadings on the ground of subsequent events–Scope–If the subsequent events sought to be brought on record by way of amendment of the pleadings are of such nature that the bonafide requirement of the suit premises stands completely eclipsed, then only such amendment which is necessary for effective and complete adjudication of the issue with regard to bonafide requirement of the premises by the land lord can be allowed by the Courts at any stage of the proceedings.
