Insecticides Act, 1968–Sec. 29(1)(a)–Criminal proceedings Sustainability–Sanction order is not in consonance with the intent of Sec. 31 as the material particulars vis-collection of sample, place of drawing the sample and the report of analyst are not reflected therein–Though it was passed in the year 2011 yet the petitioner received the summon in the year 2018, therefore, it cannot be held that he challenged the same after a delay–Impugned order is liable to be quashed.
