Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 144–Limitation Act, 1963–Limitation for restitution–Twelve years–Period for which stay was obtained, should be excluded while calculating the period of limitation–It is for the execution Court to decide whether the restitution petition is within limitation or not–Restitution can be ordered only by the Court which passed the original decree.
