Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 6, Rule 17–Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 34–Rate of interest was reduced upto extent of 10% by partly allowing the objection–Subsequently, application under Order 6, Rule 17 was filed before this Court and award was sought to be challenged on other grounds–These grounds were not pressed before the District Court–Held, application deserves to be dismissed.
