Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 306–Acquittal–Appreciation of–Deceased was residing in her parent’s house for last 10-12 days before her death–No action or cruelty immediately prior to the incident has been pointed out to show that the said action forced or instigated the deceased to commit suicide.
