Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302 & 201/34 [Corresponding Secs. 103 & 238/3(5) of BNS, 2023]–Acquittal from the offence–The Investigation Officers lacked required investigative skills as they were not aware basic statutory pre-requisites to commence the investigation–It frustrated the entire case of prosecution and the evidence as so recorded is not fulfilling linkage in the chain of circumstances–This Court cannot overturn the decision of the Trial Court basing on the alternative view–Interference declined.
