Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 326–High Court altered the conviction from Sec. 307 to Sec. 326 and reduced the sentence up to the period of already undergone which is 21 months–Six injuries on the body of complainant including one grievous injury–No mitigating circumstance to take such lenient view–Sentence enhanced up to three years.
