Rajasthan Tenancy Act, 1955–Sec. 63(8)–Appeal against the order passed u/s. 63(8)–Allowed by RAA–Order of RAA was reversed by BOR on the ground of limitation–Justification–It has been come on record that the petitioner is an illiterate lady, and she was not aware about passing the order by SDM–Therefore, the delay was condoned by RAA–She is the legal heir of original khatedar–Succession certificate and other corroborative documents to prove this fact–Reasoning given by RAA are justified–It is also relevant that after passing the order by SDM, none of officials have approached for vacation of land–Petitioner was in peaceful possession of the land received by her in inheritance from her father–Impugned order of BOR is liable to be quashed and set aside.
