Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 326–Conviction–Proper Section–Prosecution did not make any effort to prove the X-ray plates and X-ray reports by examining the Radiologist–Medical jurist did not claim in his evidence that he conducted the X-ray examination of the injuried or issued the X-ray report–Grievous injury on the leg of injured is not proved by legal evidence–Further, the appellant is entitled to get the benefit of private defence–Conviction deserves to be altered u/s. 324.
