Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 32(3)–Suit for eviction under the provisions of old Act was withdrawn with liberty of filing the fresh eviction petition under the provsisions of New Act–Son of land-lord filed eviction petition on the ground of bonafide necessity with reference to date of filing of such petition–It would be taken a new cause of action–Subsequent petition cannot be held barred.
