Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 18, Rule 4–Scope–If the documents have been filed alongwith the affidavit, the proof and admissibility of the document(s) shall be subject to the orders of the Court–Merely because a document has been filed alongwith the affidavit and exhibit has been marked thereupon, it will not ipso facto render such document admissible in evidence and same shall remain subject to just objection to be taken by the concerned party and/or orders passed by the Court in this regard.
