Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Sec. 37–Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 436A–Scope–Grant of bail on the ground of undue delay in the trial cannot be said to be fettered by Sec. 37 of the Act, given the imperative of Sec. 436A which is applicable to offence under the NDPS Act too.
