Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302, 302/34, 201/34, 397/34 & 404/34–Evidence Act, 1872–Secs. 27 & 114–Murder–Conviction–Circumstantial evidence–Appellants were lastly seen in the company of deceased–Tyre marks of stolen vehicle were seen near by the spot from where the dead body was recovered– Appellants changed the number plate of vehicle and tried to sale the same on very next day of committing the crime–Recovery of stolen vehicle and original number plate at the instance of information provided by them–Incriminating links form a complete chain of circumstances–Held, conviction was justified.
