Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996–Sec. 34–Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Act, 1965–Arbitration award–Legality–Plea of the appellant that the arbitrator was required to deliver the award within a stipulated period–No provision under the Act for termination of the mandate of Arbitrator by operation of law–It cannot be said that the Arbitrator was denuded of his authority to proceed with the arbitration and pass the award–Ground of appellants that the proper opportunity was not given, is not made out–Further, the observation of Tribunal as regard to limitation is also not erroneous–Interference declined.
