Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rules 1 & 2 & Order 40, Rule 1–Under the grab of interim injunction, the Receiver has sealed the entire factory premises–He was appointed for taking steps to protect the assets of the firm–If he has sealed the factory premises, he has then exceeded way beyond the scope of his responsibility expected of him under the order of the Court–Directed to de-seal the premises–The business operations shall be allowed to be resumed under the watchful supervision of the Receiver–Directed to install CCTV Cameras.
