Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 21–Objection of pecuniary jurisdiction–Stage for raising–An objection as to pecuniary jurisdiction of the Court trying the suit has to be raised at the earliest possible opportunity–In the present case, the plaintiff did not raise any such objection before the trial Court or in the first appeal preferred by him–It is not permissible for him to raise the objection in the second appeal.
