Custody of Minor Girl–Special Court observed that the petitioner’s minor daughter was coerced by her family into tendering false statements before the Court–Therefore, her custody was given to Balika Grah–Minor is present before this Court and she is satisfied regarding her independent willing to resume residing with her parents subject to the latter permitting her to pursue further studies sans obstacles–Father has also duly assured the Court about her study–Directed to hand-over the custody to petitioner-father.
