Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302 & 201–Conviction–Circumstantial evidence–Most of prosecution witnesses have not supported the case–Prosecution failed to establish any motive–It also failed to prove the call details of accuseds–When the blood stains in the vehicle were found on 14.07.2000 ,why it was not taken in possession immediately–Appellant R was also arrested after a delay–Recoveries are not reliable–Prosecution failed to complete the chain of circumstances–Appellant is entitled to be acquitted.
