Hindu Marriage Act, 1955–Sec. 13–Decree of divorce, awarding permanent alimony of Rs. 20,000/- per month with an increase of 5% every three years–Admission of respondent-husband that earlier, he was employed with the Taj Hotel and drawing a gross salary of Rs. 21,92,525/- per annum–Appellant-wife remained unmarried and is living separately–She is entitled to a level of maintenance–Amount of Rs. 50,000/- per month with 5% enhancement of every two years would be just, fair and reasonable–Directed accordingly.
