Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 11–Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 21, Rule 11–Specific Relief Act, 1963–Sec. 6–Prayer to restore the possession of the petitioner-tenant–Ground that he was evicted without following the due procedure by the Rent Tribunal–Acceptability–Application filed with the similar prayer has been dismissed by the Tribunal but no prayer of quashing the impugned order has been made by the petitioner in the present petition–Further, the procedure provided under the CPC for execution of decree is not attracted in execution under the Act of 2001–Sec. 6 of Specific Relief Act has also no applicability in the present case–Interference declined.
