Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 341, 323 & 504–Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989–Secs. 3(1)(d), 3(1)(s) & 3(2)(va)–FIR–Prayer for quashing–Incident took place on 27.05.2019, and FIR was lodged on 03.06.2019–Complainant and accused both were apprehended in connection with proceedings u/s. 151/107 Cr.P.C.–Complainant had ample opportunities to lodge the FIR when the police official arrived at the spot–FIR was lodged with concocted allegations as a measure of counterblast and in order to wreak vengeance upon the petitioner–FIR and all proceedings are liable to be quashed.
