Penal Code, 1860–Sec. 302–Conviction–Sustainability–All the witnesses except PW 1 turned hostile and did not support the case of prosecution–Dead body was found in the room which was bolted from inside–Though the accused was sitting near by it, yet only three simple bruishes were found on the body which were not sufficient for causing death–Neither evidence of metalic poison nor any material on record in regard to throttling, hanging or strangulation–Prosecution failed to prove that the death was unnatural–Held, appellant is entitled to be acquitted.
