Decreed against defendants nos. 1 & 2, however, dismissed against defendant no. 3 on the ground of limitation–Property of defendant no. 3 was mortgaged with the bank to secure the loan amount–Acknowledgment for the purpose of liability made by principal debtors was also binding on defendant no. 3 guarantor–Suit was covered under the provisions of Art. 62 of Limitation Act prescribing limitation of 12 years–Held, respondent no. 3 is also held liable to pay the decretal amount.
