Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 300–Criminal jurisprudence–Subsequent FIR based on same facts–In the earlier FIR, appellant has been acquitted–Mere addition of Secs. 467, 468 and 471 in subsequent FIR cannot be considered as different ingredients to justify the later FIR being on different materials, allegations and grounds–FIR and impugned orders are liable to be set aside.
