Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 154–FIR–Reliability–FIR was registered at 6.15 pm on 09.06.2020 whereas all the recovery memos of the weapons of offence bear the said FIR and had been prepared before 6.15 pm–These documents appear to be manipulated by the police–Plea of State that the accused were arrested in the earlier FIR, also cannot be accepted because the recoveries have been made in the present FIR.
