Workmen’s Compensation Act, 1923–Sec. 3–Compensation–Whether the death was caused in the course of employment–Deceased was employed as a truck driver–He was carrying the truck from Delhi to Nimiaghat–When the truck reached near Nimiaghat, he felt giddy and parked the truck near a hotel–Thereafter he was fainted Death was caused due to strain and stress due to long-distance driving–Such untoward mishap would be described as an accident having been caused solely attributable to the nature of employment indulged in with his employer–View of High Court deserves to be set aside.
