Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 210(2)–Procedure for clubbing and consolidating the two cases where one is on a police challan and the other is on a complaint, if the prosecution version in the two cases is materially different, contradictory, and mutually exclusive–Held, both cases should not be consolidated but should be tried together with the evidence in the two cases being recorded separately so that both the cases could be disposed of simultaneously.
