Contempt of Courts Act, 1971–Scope–Once a direction in a writ petition with regard to the consideration of a representation has been complied by the respondent, therein the outcome of the consideration even if palpably wrong and unpalatable to the petitioner cannot trigger contempt jurisdiction or entail further directions or evaluation of the decision on merits by the Contempt Court–Impugned order passed in contempt proceedings quashed and set aside.
