Criminal Trial–Recovery of weapon–Witness stated in cross-examination that the kulhari was lying at the place of the incident–Whereas the recovery is shown to have been made from bajra field on the information and at the instance of accused–It was not in a hidden position and the recovery place is far away from the place of the incident–Evidence regarding the recovery is doubtful.
