Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 302/149, 323/149 & 148–Conviction–Appreciation of–Case of direct evidence–Both the eye-witnesses made similar depositions without any contradiction–Their statements are found corroborated with medical evidence–Nothing on record to establish that the appellants were shown to the witnesses before holding the TIP–TIP was lawfully conducted–Recoveries were also established properly–Appellants came to the place of incident with common object and gave the grave beating to the deceased–Interference declined in the findings of conviction.
