Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 7, Rule 14–No list of documents was annexed when the plaint was filed–Ground that erroneously, the documents were not filed–Held, documents which were in existence prior to date of filing suit cannot be permitted to be taken on record, however, the documents which came in existence after filing the suit are allowed to be taken on record.
