Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 498-A/34, 341, 323, 379, 354–FIR for the offence–Sustainable against whom ?–General allegations are levelled against the appellant-in-laws–None of the appellants have been attributed any specific role in furtherance of the general allegations made against them–It would be unjust if the appellants are forced to go through the tribulations of a trial–FIR qua the appellants is liable to be quashed.
