Hindu Succession Act, 1956–Sec. 14(1)–Original owner V executed the will in favour of third wife who was issueless–No one made objection against the arrangement made in will and she continued to enjoy the said property–Her limited rights became absolute by virtue of Sec. 14(1)–Nothing was mentioned in the will that the life interest was created in lieu of maintenance–Held, impugned judgment of High Court is perfectly right.
