Rajasthan Land Reforms & Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952–Sec. 9–At the time of resumption of jagir, K and U were the recorded khatedars of land–Although the revenue authorities passed different orders from time to time, however, the BOR found in a reference that they were the cultivators of the land and revenue entries made in their favour were not required to be disturbed–Impugned order passed by the Secretary as well as the consequential order is liable to be set aside.
