Rajasthan Excise Act, 1950–Secs. 14 & 19/54–FIR for the offence– Petition for quashing–Truck was seized transporting the liquor–When the truck was seized, it was being plied under a valid permit–Liquor was meant for sale in Goa under a valid permit–It also cannot be held that the truck was being plied on the other route than the permitted–Held, FIR and all the subsequent proceedings deserve to be quashed.
