Penal Code, 1860–Secs. 420, 406, 467, 468 & 471–FIR for the offense– Prayer for quashing–Facts of the case reveal that it was purely a business transaction–in case of denial of any transaction, a civil cause of action is the only remedy–If execution of any document is denied with the allegation of falsification or on account of forgery and fabrication even a commercial transaction cannot become a criminal act and that does not give rise for cause of action for instituting a criminal complaint–Allegations made in the complaint is not sufficient to constitute the offense–FIR quashed.
