Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994–Sec. 111–Loss, waste or misapplication of money or any other property belonging to Panchayati Raj Institution is caused as a direct consequence of neglect or misconduct on part of members of Panchayati Raj Institution–Mandates of provision provides that before determining the extent and amount of liability concerned person is required to be served a notice containing allegations–Competent authority is required to determine the liability after recording the evidence and after giving the opportunity of cross-examination the witnesses to such person, if he
does not admit his liability.
