Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Order 39, Rule 7–Trial Court allowed the application and appointed the Commissioner for taking the photographs of disputed site from all the four sides–Clear stipulation in order for not recording any other fact as regard to evidence–Report of Commissioner would facilitate the trial Court as reagrd to fact of committing contempt–Held, no error or infirmity is found in the impugned order.
