Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985–Evidence Act, 1872–Sec. 106–Scope–Once the possession of the contraband material with the accused is proved, the accused has to establish how he came to be in possession of the same as it is within his special knowledge–Case falls within the ambit of Sec. 106 of Evidence Act.
