Rajasthan Court Fees & Suit Valuation Act, 1961–Sec. 37(2) & (3)–Administration suit–Payment of Court Fees essentially is postponed till the determination in the suit is made–Any amount or share or part of assets of the estate is found due to the plaintiff, the fee computed on the amount of the market value of such share shall have to be paid and unless paid, no decree shall be passed by the Court–Further, unless the requisite duty is paid, no declaration regarding title also shall be given in favour of the defendant also in the suit.
