Hindu Succession Act, 1956–Secs. 6 & 8–Indian Trust Act, 1882–Sec. 3–Trust deed–Validity–Impugned trust deed is void because the property in question is ancestral–It could not have been diverted into trust and trustees for benefit of beneficiaries–The settler and the executor of the trust deed had no vested property in question into any of trustee, thus in absence of any trustee, the formation and execution of the trust is void ab initio.
