Rajasthan Prevention of Anti Social Activities Act, 2006–Secs. 3(1) & 15–Detention–Calculation of period–First order was passed on 11.7.2011–Petitioner remained in detention from 12.7.2011 to 19.7.2011–Order was withdrawn on 19.7.2011 because of lack of approval by State Govt.–Subsequently, order of detention was passed on 27.3.2011 which got approval on 28.3.2012 and was quashed by Court on 26.9.2014–Third order was passed on 13-8-14 which got approval on 24.4.2014–That is challenged by way of this petition–Order is found legal in view of perusal of approval of Advisory Board–However, the period of earlier two detention would be counted for the purpose of detention of one year.
