Motor Accident Claims–Compensation for Pain and Suffering and Loss of Amenities–Total amount of Rs. three lakh was awarded in both heads–In the Kajal’s case, it was held that it should be at least Rs. six lakh, if the disability is more than 90%–Amount deserves to be enhanced accordingly.
