Rajasthan Municipalities (Disposal of Urban Land) Rules, 1974–Rules 14 & 15–Cancellation of the auction of plot after deposit of 25% amount–No evidence to show that the advertisement for the purpose of sale of the residential plots through public auction was issued and when the public auction was conducted–Proceedings of the auction were proceeded without obtaining the signatures of Chairman of Municipality–No concern/disagreement was obtained in respect of rejection/acceptance of bid–Proceedings were forwarded without obtaining the approval from the competent level–Plots were earmarked for commercial use on the main road whereas these were displayed as residential plots in auction proceedings–Auction proceedings were conducted in vague manner–Lower bids were accepted unauthorizedly–Non-compliance of provisions of Rule 14–Interference declined.
