Suit for eviction–Decreed–Plea of appellants that the respondents are not the owner of the land and they never paid the rent to respondents–Ex. 1 was well proved–Signatures of brother of appellant were found on the proposal–Concurrent findings of Courts below–Appeal deserves to be dismissed due to lack of substantial question of law.
