Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881–Sec. 138–Pre-matured complaint–Function of Court–Held, Magistrate can pass the order for returning the same to be filed on maturity or he can wait till the complaint becomes mature and the notice period gets over and then can pass the order of taking cognizance.
