Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973–Sec. 195(i)(b)(ii)–Applicability of Section–Held, Section would be applicable only when the offence enumerated in the provision hass been committed with respect to the document after it has been produced or given in evidence in any Court and during the time the same was in custodia legis–In other words, bar contained in Sec. 195 (1)(b)(ii) would not be applicable to a case where forgery of the document was committed before the document was produced, in a Court.
