Code of Civil Procedure, 1908–Sec. 9–Bar of suit–Applicability–Even where two reliefs are claimed by plaintiff but upon bifurcation, if it is found that the main relief can be granted by a Civil Court too it is not expected of the Court to relegate aggrieved party to other forum for ancillary relief.
