Limitation Act, 1963–Art. 65–Rejection of suit for recovery of possession–Though the patta was found in name of plaintiff’s father yet the defendants had abled to prove that they were living in the premises for more than last 50 years–Suit was clearly barred by the limitation & principle of res judicata in view of dismissal of earlier suit.
