Rajasthan Rent Control Act, 2001–Sec. 15–Application for taking the
additional affidavits on record–Dismissal of–Earlier, some documents were taken on record with observation that same are germane to the matter in dispute and admissibility of them shall be considered at the later stage–Held,it would be appropriate to take the additional affidavit on record in respect of the documents filed already on record with liberty to the respondents to question the admissibility of the said documents in evidence at appropriate stage–Ordered accordingly.
